Not sure what time flowers were delivered or what they looked like, but just glad to have been able to talk with someone on the phone when I called to confirm the order. She was very nice and and pleasant to talk with :-) And my friend did get the flowers so that's all that matters. They also had more affordable prices than another place I called. So thank you!!
